The VIDARIUM at Therme Bad Aibling was the world's first immersive video dome at a spa. Originally installed in 2007, it underwent a significant update in 2024. The 12-meter dome now has an 8K projection system with 50 million pixels.
The motto of the Bad Aibling thermal spa, "Enjoy with all your senses," takes on a whole new meaning here. You can immerse yourself in images, dream, and marvel at the beauty of the world and the secrets of the cosmos. You can hear and see music, immerse yourself in shapes, colors, and movements, practice yoga in the universe, or dance to magical images, all while surrounded by fantastic 360° video projections in the dome.
The VIDARIUM is a unique, immersive space that serves as a relaxation area, planetarium, meditation room, yoga studio, party venue, event space, and 360° cinema.
